Respected Dylan oliver,
Sir, I got the information about you while searching for the people who are working on ethanobotany. I am a final (4th) year student in B.tech Biotechnology in India. I have taken a project on ethanobotany especially on Indian traditional medicine for the final year. My main aim is to extract secondary metabolite from different plants. I am juvenile in this research filed. I have paucity of knowledge about how to commence my project. I have collected some material on this but it seems not to be sufficient. I am a plucky student and ready to grid up my loins. I want to do project under the auspices of you. Your help can pave the way for me. I will feel sanguine about my future if can guide me on this field. Please don’t spurn my request.
It is my humble request to take some pain in this matter. I will be highly thankful to you. It will be my great pleasure if you reply me.
You’re sincerely,
Nitin garg

Nitin,
I'm surprised to receive your request, and must say that I am (for
now) a far cry from your ideal advisor. I completed my undergraduate
education in chemistry and ethnobotany little more than a year ago,
and am now attempting to start up a business in the completely
unrelated industry of wireless internet service! While I already look
forward to retiring from this career to once again travel and study
indigenous medicines, I must suggest that you seek other guidance at
this time. I myself have been interested in Men-Tsee-Khang, the
Tibetan Medical and Astrological Institute. Perhaps you may find some
connection there?
Best,

Dear oliver
I am really very glad to get your reply. Thanks for taking pain in my project work. Now I am confident that this is an auspicious start of my project. I have chosen the right person & only you can help me. You have studied this subject, so you can help by introducing me to the related person of this field.
Again I am thankful to you for replying.
You’re sincerely

Biotechnology
knew it had been a little while since i checked into lj, but didn't realize just how long: two full pages of friend entries spanning back to july 4. the last time i read and posted.
today i am recuperating from some malaise symptomized by copious snots, productive coughs, and muscles suprisingly tender upon massage. a "cold", perhaps, though i'm anything but. also, my head feels like it would be better positioned in the firm embrace of a BIG FUCKING VICE.
so why, oh dillie, did you get sick? you fancy it not your style.
i think this is the price one pays for having fun with a new girlfriend who works late while i myself worked early.
do you know how long it's been since i was satisfied with a girl? a year. dillie: whose affections advance like glaciers. i'm happy to report that this region is not entirely driftless.
what else:
- starting work in the photo studio with
wi_c on tuesday. my god, i can't imagine how good we'll be at ping-pong after another whole shoot.
jujupees and i are on the cusp of making a quantum leap in the foment and execution of the wireless plan. i feel it. the very fact that she volunteered to help me with this is, as they say in india, auspicious. she makes me work harder, as someone else's life-energy is no thing to squander. time to "put up or shut-up" - because there's no doubt that it sounds good.- MPLS and BGP are big, important things which deserve years of background study before approaching. but fate hath plunked me right in the middle, like a squirrel born to eat its way out of a giant korean melon.
- for tight curls that shine, do: take a nice, hot shower. pour a little pbr in your mouth, and a little on your head. massage into scalp, and work out to ends. repeat until pbr is empty. the sensation of cold pbr on your head in a hot shower is REALLY like those herbal essences commercials. i'm not one to make a show of vocalizing ecstasy - a silent type - but it feels just like that.
i'm thirsty. did you know that pbr also cures the common cold?

nice.
Liked the sushi night. Most liked having a chance to talk more with Sarah. She is bubbly and delightful. Not just another pretty face, though she is that also. I did tell her about the issue I have with your pants. She said she's too biased because she likes you no matter what, but she does see my point and because of her bias thinks I should still be your fashion consultant.
